His English is ok, a little hard to understand at times. I asked in the invite to use TeamViewer but when we connected, but he asked me to use a different tool which wasted about 5-10 minutes of our time. I contacted him to make a few changes to a Shopify theme. At the end of a 48 minute call, he told me that it is late and he can continue tomorrow and nothing was done which doesn't make me feel so good. He seems to know the product as well, because he knew his way around.
