I am a management coach, coaching mainly entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium businesses, on how to best structure and manage their teams. As well as being a management expert, I am also an expert on growing and scaling an online business, and I am one of the industry experts in the DISC methodology, which is a cornerstone in my management philosophy. I have more than 10 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, such as Xerox and IBM, and more than 7 years of experience coaching and consulting online entrepreneurs. I currently own and run 3 remote companies, and manage more than 100 people, I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk, and implement everything I teach in my own businesses.
