I have worked for industry leaders Gen Re and Arch Capital Group, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer with Arch Reinsurance. My passion lies in action-oriented problem-solving. I believe an engaged workforce improves results, and having the right people in the right roles is the first step to solving any issue.
