Owner of Cynara Development Services LLC. I developed a self-assessment tool for agribusinesses in Mexico to assess gender equity and inclusion in their business operations and supply chains. I'm a trainer and workshop facilitator on topics including sexual harassment prevention and response in the workplace, gender bias, social inclusion, strategic planning, teambuilding, and more. I led the women's economic empowerment unit at a multimillion dollar international organization, where we worked with businesses to build the business case for investing in gender equity and women's empowerment.
