Lesley Scott has a real talent for understanding the potential for the web as well as the importance of blogs. She has created a site and blog network that is really unique and presents women as style archetypes that allows one to learn about different content in a variety of contexts. She's knows how to network and how to bring a consensus of viewpoints together as a cohesive whole.
As her executive editor, I learned a lot about blogging and podcasting from Lesley and she was very much willing to help, share and train. We have a smooth, easy relationship because we communicate honestly and directly and have a clear understanding of the direction that each side is coming from -- which is important when each of us is based on opposite coasts.
