Former growth hacker at TheFamily. I helped and advised 200+ startups about growth and hustling. I also trained 150+ growth hackers at our growth hacking school. Watch our videos on YouTube at StartupFood.
Video editor at Growth Hacker TV. We interviewed 180+ growth hackers including Sean Ellis, Brian Balfour, Josh Elman and Gagan Biyani. You can read my personal comments for every episode by browsing my notes.
Blogger at Hackisition, I write an essay every month to help your company grow faster. I talk especially about growth hacking, business intelligence, behavioral and cognitive psychology. My process is mainly based on the following criterias:
#1. Helping you to understand all the important theories about growth. This includes concepts like growing on the back of other networks and leveraging your existing user base.
#2. How to Implement an efficient process to talk with your customers. To iterate faster on your product and improve your retention, it is crucial to get as close to them as you can.
#3. How to implement all the required analytical tools in order to base your decisions upon data (and gut feeling). I mainly talk about Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics and Hotjar.
#4. How to implement a growth process, reach product/market fit and realize exponential growth. It is about running experiments in a regular and rigorous manner and doubling down on what is working.
#5. Optimizing your most efficient experiments by automating them (with machines or through management). One aim is to find a way to play in a scalable acquisition channel such as search, social, paid advertising, sales, emailing or word of mouth.
Besides, I am also a Javascript addict and I spend a lot of time playing with Meteor, Phantom and iMacros. If you are looking to automate something, drop me a line.
