I built my first web site in 1994, before Netscape was founded. I was intern #1 at Mercury Center. I co-founded NewsLibrary and wrote much of the code when I was still a college student. NewsLibrary was later acquired by NewsBank. Managed UX and design for a major product at Elon Musk's first startup Zip2. I was personally recruited by Wynton Marsalis to create the digital strategy and blueprint for the jazz world's largest organization. I led the dramatic growth and development of the country's largest membership organization devoted to school choice and charter schools. Got a $5 million investment from the Bill and Melinda Gates to design new schools. Co-founded one of the first digital textbook startup companies. Was founding U.S. CEO of Reachout.com. Was appointed by Colin Powell to UNESCO. Founding Chairman of the Charter School Leadership Council. Also served as CEO of startups Megaschool, LiveLoop, Roscoe Labs and JustRewards.
