Bio: I'm a seasoned coach and yoga practitioner who immersed in the study of mysticism and the subconscious mind, more specifically, how one can work through mental blocks and achieve one's goals through the transforming one's mind using emotions. I also pursued my studies at Stanford University’s Interpersonal Dynamics workshop.
What I do: I help entrepreneurs re-program their subconscious, gain clarity, and work through mental blocks to achieve their goals (whatever that maybe i.e. fundraising, finding new leads, etc) by working with one's conscious and subconscious mind, and emotions. In the process, one may also be changing their daily habits and routine, gain better physical and mental health, and find a sense of peace and acceptance to continue on one's mission.
Philosophy: Our lives are a culmination of our choices, which stem from our thoughts. In order to make better choices in our lives, we may want to identify our thoughts, and perhaps change thoughts that do not serve us.
By changing our thoughts, we change the way we communicate. This, in turn, changes our relationship to life, as well as our reality.
In order to do so, we need to tap into our emotions, as thoughts are a reflection of our emotions. By allowing our emotions, positive and negative, to surface, fully embracing and integrating them, we are changing our thought patterns. This allows us to make better decisions and attract different outcomes in our lives.
Studies have shown that emotions shape our decisions. To make different decisions, we need to understand and work with our emotions, instead of against them. Without tapping into our emotions, it is difficult for us to make lasting changes. When we work with our emotions and transform the way we relate and communicate to the world, we achieve better results in our personal and professional lives.
I believe by working with emotions and resolving one's unresolved trauma, one can change one's mind pattern and as a result, the outcome of physical events. For example, one may find difficulty in closing rounds of financing despite lots of hard work, over and over again.
One may find that perhaps a subconscious belief ingrained in childhood, stemming from a past event one is unaware of, is the key to preventing one from being able to close the deal. After all, the external is a mirror of the internal. By identifying and working with that subconscious belief, one can then change that belief so one can achieve one's goal(s).
How I work: The session begins with a conversation on one's history, and goals - in about 1-2 sessions I am usually able to identify the blockage behind one's desires i.e. what is within one's subconscious mind that is "sabotaging" what one desires. I will then be able to work out a plan/strategy catered to that individual's needs and goals.
Are you a good fit?
It depends on how badly you want to achieve your goals. I prefer to take on projects with clients who are very serious about achieving their goals, ideally those who have tried conventional methods and coaches and still couldn't achieve their goals. And, if you are also struggling with negative emotions such as anxiety, anger, fear given the pressures from you face, and are not sure how to deal with them, you may have come to the right place.
If we were to continue the program after the initial session(s), there are exercises to do in between each session in order to expedite the process. In order to achieve success working with me, I believe one must possess an open mind, curiosity, integrity, discipline, grit, interest in metaphysics, and willingness to embrace unconventional methods.
