Kyle is a founding partner of The RAIL Group, serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Board Treasurer. Kyle provides TRG with over 10 years of regulatory management, leadership development, and communications experience. Prior to joining TRG, he served as a Program Manager for a privately-owned government contractor in Washington, DC providing subject matter expertise on the integration of intelligence collection and analysis with strategic decision making processes. Kyle previously directed communications for a national lobbying organization based in California, providing campaign coordination and brand management services. He also deployed as both a Civil Affairs and Intelligence Specialist with the United States Marine Corps, managing several million dollars in district-level projects that were instrumental in population re-integration efforts.
Kyle has a deep passion for pro bono work and regularly volunteers for several local organizations, including the Tahirih Justice Center, which seeks to protect immigrant women fleeing from violence, and the Westfield High School Forensics Team, where he serves as the debate coach. Additionally, Kyle serves as the Treasurer of the George Mason University School of Public Policy Alumni Chapter. As treasurer, he is responsible for administering the Alumni Chapter’s operational budget and providing regulatory and fiscal oversight for all activities.
Kyle is completing his M.P.A. in Nonprofit Management at George Mason University and earned his M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from the same school. He holds a B.A. in Intelligence Operations from American Military University.
