Market and Liquidity compliance
❖ Managing market risk exposure on RBI Interest Rate Derivatives desk covering vanilla and exotic options, structured notes, swaps and treasuries
❖ Monitoring as per RBI guidelines : Basel III Framework on Liquidity Standards – Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Liquidity Risk Monitoring Tools and LCR Disclosure Standards

Responsible for establishing internal risk and compliance systems and procedures, appropriate for the Asset and portfolios under management. This includes:

❖ Ensure that assets are managed so that they comply with market rules and regulations and that BANK’s adherence to these obligations are regularly monitored for compliance;
❖ Manage all contact between the RBI and regulatory authorities with respect to BANK activities;
❖ Establish satisfactory risk systems and control procedures for investment management which meet international recognized standards, including systems for the management of market, credit, counterparty and operational risks, valuation and measurement of returns;
❖ Establish and maintain contingency plans for BANK’s operations;
❖ Organize BANK’s operations in such a way that, to the extent possible, its employees do not have access to confidential information from other parts of The BANK;
❖ Maintain guidelines for valuation of instruments about internal transactions between the real estate portfolio and the equity and fixed income portfolios.

Credit Management & Operations Management
❖ Developing credit risk model for branch operations and credit rating framework in line with BANK policy

Responsible for Budgeting and Finance & Accounting process for the BANK
❖ Develop an appropriate cost structure within BANK; And include for Budgeting & revenue plan purpose
❖ Prepare and implement the strategic and annual plans and ensure that these are formally updated on a regular basis, as well as whenever necessary to reflect significant changes;
