Karl and Usability Savvy were hired towards the end of 2011 to deliver wireframes / UX for a large-scale website relaunch and a suite of new products. The project is complicated and wide-ranging and, like all initiatives of this size, subject to complex inter-dependancies and budgetary/time constraints. Karl has delivered everything we could have wanted, and more: creative, easy-to-implement workable solutions founded on deep expertise; a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our expectations were not only met but exceeded; and everything - without exception - delivered on time and to budget.
