When I created the CEE Region for AXA , I immediately identified Krzysztof as an high potential talent He was head of security for AXA Poland and he had put in place a strong BCP / Crisis Management organization which proven to be very efficient in real world .
I asked him to create the IT Security /BCM / CM role for the Region to implement the same approach in the other countries , which he did successfully , being able to convince and to flex in different culture and levels of maturity .In this role he developped his background in BCM but also his capacity to create awareness at Management Board Member Level in different countries and to coach people to help them to grow.
Then ,when I launched the Regional Life and Savings Platform Project I asked him to manage the most difficult part integration and data migration .He demonstrated there strong Project Management Capacities with real skills in architecture .
