I was raised in an entrepreneurial family and have been running my own businesses throughout high school, university and since 1996 when I founded the Toronto Sport & Social Club. The Sport & Social Club, administrates sports leagues for over 100,000 active members across a wide variety of sports.
I have built a culture at my business that exudes incredible Customer Service as well as maintaining a fantastic, keen and energetic Team of employees.
I can provide keen insights on; hiring, profit sharing, reward systems and general Team Culture around the office place that will help to keep your valued Team happy and productive!
In addition to running my business, I am mother to three busy active kids, i play competitve tennis, run, do yoga, practice meditation and participate in triathlons. Additionally, i love to travel, most recently taking my kids to Kenya to work at an orphanage.
Having built a very successful business with a fantastic Team running the operations, I have time to pursue other passions like volunteering my time to produce amateur Community Musical Theatre annually, to raise money for charities close to my heart, as well as singing, dancing and acting in these shows and spending time pursuing my new hobby learning to play the guitar.
