How to Launch and Scale a Marketplace (C2C, B2C, B2B)?

In 2012 I launched the marketplace Kabanchik.ua (online&offline services, now it is operating in 70 cities of Ukraine, in Belarus and Kazakhstan), passed EastLabs Startup Accelerator and attracted angel investments.
In 2015 startup Kabanchik was sold to the Internet holding EVO.company.
In 2016 I founded a new marketplace of handmade goods - Crafta.ua.
Now Kabanchik and Crafta are the undisputed leaders of their niches in Ukraine.
Also, I have my personal online course "How to launch a marketplace" and its community - Marketplacers.net. Over 100 teams with marketplaces from CIS have already completed the online course.
In Dec 2019 I became an expert in the Ukrainian Startup Fund and help to receive government grants to ambitious startups. So marketplaces are my passion and I'm ready to share my experience with you.
