Whether it's making a presentation about annual goals to the board, or simply speaking up at a staff meeting, speaking in public has the power to turn anyone into a bag of nerves.

Having delivered numerous public talks, from academic conferences to stand-up comedy, I learned many tricks along the way that can help anyone to leave their public speaking fears behind for good.
