Simply an excellent strategic person. I have been working with him for over 4 years and I can't begin to express my appreciation for the time that we have worked together. Although he isn't a developer by background, his knowledge in the web application domain is outstanding. I've learned a lot from him. I would love to have a chance to participate with him again in an innovative project sometime in the future.

Kenny was put in a very difficult situation when he assumed responsibility for rebuilding our Vietnam office from scratch. With limited resources and on his own he managed to successfully establish a Quality Control, Marketing and Development organization that proofed to be invaluable for SECUDE.

I had the pleasure of hiring Kenny almost right out of college sign unseen. In our interview, I strongly recommended he look for a higher paying position where he would be paid commensurate with his skills but he decided he could learn more in the trenches of a struggling division in a country he had never visited. A couple years after being hired at an entry level position, he's actually doing my job, running the entire marketing and R&D team as General Manager. Kenny worked as a research assistant for me on projects related to venture capital & private equity, footwear production, and winemaking. With minimal guidance and great attention to detail, Kenny produced exceptionally high quality data sets for these research projects. Moreover, while studying abroad in China, Kenny demonstrated remarkable initiative and leadership skills by organizing a research team of local students to support my ongoing research projects. He continues to hone his abilities to excel in global business in his current position in Vietnam. Additionally, Kenny demonstrated a strong commitment to community service while at UC Berkeley by serving as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs at Haas program.
