After leaving the service, she worked in the information technology field over 13 years. She also has a masters in Management. In 2007, Kelly started Speaking Practically where she helps organization improve business results through improved leadership and communications. Kelly has worked with leaders from over 170 organizations. Clients have included Cox Media Group, CDC, USAID, INPO, Home Depot, American Management Association and more.
