Keith is a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) that has worked on multiple projects where I was a Senior Software Developer at GMAC-RFC. Keith brings excellent SDLC methodology experience to the team, he's a quick learn and can add value and deliver solutions in a very agile manner as well as drill into the details to flush out the customers true needs while managing expectations in a realistic manner. Keith has a passion for getting it right and challenges the team to perform at a high level while also remaining flexible and supportive to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Keith has a knack for crossing the communication boundaries from the customers perspective, the developers perspective and the Project/IT Managers perspective, thereby keeping all stakeholders needs in mind as he delivers appropriate solutions.
