BIO Henry Keculah is a believer in the phrase, ͞It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.͟ Having come from humble beginnings himself, Henry is now committed to helping students and young professionals do the same. An American citizen of Liberian heritage, Henry truly enjoys inspiring people to give their all and go beyond their own expectations for self. Henry is the Chief Executive Officer of 4.0 GPA (Growth Productivity Accountability), LLC, an education consulting firm and resource for schools and private organizations. Henry runs 4.0 GPA’s day-to-day operations. Additionally, he personally curates 4.0 GPA’s curriculum, which students are exposed to through the organization’s various college readiness workshops. Henry has given motivational speeches to elementary, middle, high school and college students, as well as sports camps participants and school staff members, throughout the United States. He currently manages a small but resourceful staff of twelve employees under the 4.0 GPA brand. Henry also structures the content that 4.0 GPA offers to the student clients. He assists students with outlining their goals; improving their time management skills; acquiring NCAA eligibility if they desire to play sports at the college level; and ultimately helps them get admitted to - and graduate from - institutions of higher education. While his target demographic is primarily students, Henry has also been invited to host workshops with teachers, corporations, and private organizations. Henry’s work with 4.0 GPA and the rapid growth of his business has not gone unnoticed. In 2017, he was named The University of Texas at Austin’s Young Alumnus Legacy Award winner; and he was recognized as an African ͞Top 40 Under 40͟ in the Texas area, Houston Business Journal 2018 40 under 40 Honorable mention. Henry’s public speaking savvy and solid business acumen earned him First Place Honors and the top cash prize at the 2017 Liftoff Houston Shark Tank Business Competition.
