Feeling stuck? Let's figure out what's actually going on.
You might come to me because:
You're struggling after a breakup.
You don't know whether someone genuinely wants a relationship with you.
You're unsure whether to stay or leave.
You're overthinking a situation and can't make a decision.
You feel stuck in your personal life.
You know something needs to change but don't know where to start.
You simply need someone objective to listen and tell you what they see.
My approach is simple: listen first, understand the situation, challenge assumptions, and help you identify a realistic next step.
I won't tell you what you want to hear just to make you feel better. And I won't pretend there's a perfect answer when there isn't one.
The goal isn't to make the decision for you. It's to help you see the situation clearly enough to make the decision yourself.
My professional background is in leadership and operations, but throughout my life I've also found myself being the person friends and people around me come to when they need perspective on relationships, difficult decisions and complicated situations.
I've learned that often people don't need another person telling them what to do. They need someone who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, challenge them honestly and help them see what they couldn't see themselves.
If there's something you've been carrying around in your head and you can't seem to resolve it, bring it to me.
