My name is Karim A. Malik Alwani, a qualified Chartered Accountant with a robust background in finance and operations management. Currently, I hold the positions of CFO and COO at Four Sons (Private) Limited - California Pizza, where I am responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the company. I became a part of California Pizza when the brand had just 10 outlets across 2 cities.
Under my Overall leadership of the Business, the brand has expanded significantly, now operating 32 outlets in 9 cities throughout Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sialkot, and Hyderabad.
My Signifant contribitions which brought in growth to the Brand are Proper Accounting System with development of SOPs within all levels, Launching a Cloud Based Point of Sale System, Integrating the Point of Sale System with all regulatory Authorities (Sindh Revenue Board, Punjab Revenue Board and Federal Board of Revenue), Management of teams across various cities and creating supply chain network in 10 Cities of Pakistan, Making partnerships/alliances with top aggregators like Food Panda and Golootlo and banks like HBL, MCB, Visa Platform and Digital Banks like Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa.
