I was a head hunter at Insurance IQ for 2 years, where I promoted from associate to manager in a short 2 months. I started at T-Mobile in 2008 as a Customer Service & Sales leader and thrived in that role until 2018 when I joined Lyft in the Safety department. Everything that I have to offer is through learned experience with many customers and teams over the years. I view Coaching & Developing is a win-win in offering the best customer service and sales experience possible. I also offer guidance in career development as I have had the chance to promote many in my years of service as a leader.
