I'm an experienced project and programme manager with experience of designing and managing change initiatives within Investment Banking, Investment Management and Insurance. Crucially, I've been on the delivery side frequently as business analyst or consultant. I've also recovered large programmes and projects. Waterfall or agile, hybrid and customised approaches. Theory + practice + 360 degree perspective on change. Business context: 'BAU' change, mergers / acquisitions, demergers / splits.
