Airbnb: Managing a team of PMs and leading a group of 50+ engineers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and operations teams across several major Host (Supply) outcomes, including: Home Quality, Host Performance Management & Mobile Hosting. Dropbox: Launched the Dropbox badge ("Project Harmony"), a product that enabled users to see others viewing and editing shared Office docs. Also: worked on the developer platform to launch several new APIs for syncing and accessing data. And finally: Recruited inaugural class of APMs and developed onboarding curriculum, running analytics (Hive/SQL) and data training. Pocket Gems: Product Lead on company’s biggest revenue generator, Tap Paradise Cove, an iOS & Android game consistently in the Top 20 grossing list of the Apple App Store. Analyzed complex game data sets to increase engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention.
