MenuZero to One: Building a Lean M.V.P. & Validating Proof of Concept
Created 4 years ago in Product & Design / Lean Startup
Many people have great business ideas but lack the ‘know how’ of efficiently taking it to market & validate their business model. The purpose of building a lean MVP is to validate proof of concept efficiently. In other words, what is the least time & capital intensive way to identifty if your business thesis is true.
Once you prove your model, you can double down & go all in. This biggest mistake I see many 1st/2nd time founders make is spending months or even years working on a business, or raising capital for a business that hasn’t even been validated by the market.
Just as a straight line is the shortest distance between two points, I’ll help you find the shortest distance between, inception of your business & product market fit.
