Menuthe Future of Knowledge-Based Consulting
Created 10 years ago in Business / Getting Started
The business of selling one's knowledge or expertise in a particular field for profit (otherwise known as consulting) is undergoing major changes in this hyper-connected era - and sticking to conventional methods of business development, service offering and execution models will not work for very much longer. To succeed in modern Consulting, you need to sell more than just hours - you need to think of products and value capture propositions.
In the course of my career, I have worked inside some of the largest engineering advisory and design firms in the world (6000+ employees), as well as some medium-sized firms (less than 100 employees) - so I understand the modern large Consulting Firm business dynamics.
I have also successfully developed a methodology for evaluating and choosing a products and services strategy that have grown revenues for my business units by 5X year-on-year.
How does a Consulting Firm grow revenues and build a defendable business in the next 18 months? Request a call, and let's chat.
