Juliana currently serves as the Head of Operations at the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology's Business Incubator in Accra, Ghana. Before coming to MEST, Juliana founded Start Smart in Accra, which provides support to early and intermediate stage businesses through consulting, training and bookkeeping solutions. Previously, Juliana also worked for Google on its small business outreach initiatives, and Accenture in Washington, D.C. as a consultant for federal, private sector and nonprofit clients. Juliana is also an author, having published three self-help books. Juliana’s academic chops include an AB in Economics from Princeton University and a Masters in Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
