Author of The Pragmatic Management Approach, a simple way to understand, structure & manage our organizations in order to survive and thrive in this rapidly changing business environment.
When starting a new business most people plan too much for too long but that has been proven a bad strategy to derisk the business. I have coached more than 300 entrepreneurs in their early days and helped them to understand what are their blind spots, their current higher risks that they should focus to derisk, and provided them with a sound strategy, tactics, and tools that helped them reduce their time to failure or success, accelerating their learning.
Since 2005 helped more than 30 organizations to adopt Agile at the tactic and operational level and at least 10 organizations and startups to understand how to adopt a transformational approach that could reduce the transformation time to value and bring benefits to the bottom line real fast with the least possible of disruption of day to day activities. I already did the revolutionary transformations using Scrum and Kanban at the tactic and operational level, currently, my preferred approach is to accelerate time to business value starting the process at the C level, not at the team level, driven by the current business constraint.
