Great ideas need great people to do things: Bring them to life, then bring them to the minds of relevant audiences. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at IBM and RightJoin and saw how he did both these things.

He knows how to lead a development group, to drive delivery schedules, to write code, everything needed to make sure that a software product is released fast and with top quality.
