I was privileged to be in on the ground floor of one of our clients - Simba Sleep's success. While the company was still in the seed stage, I began researching and testing campaigns that would generate excitement.
To put the company on track for growth, I researched and tested campaigns, created custom categories for retargeting and audience building and developed hyper-specific naming conventions.
As we found success and discovered the best categories and ads, daily spending on Facebook increased from four figures to five figures. To support Simba Sleep's TV/video ad, we developed, tested and optimized Facebook video ads that produced significant results.
As a result of full market penetration, we gained access to Facebook audience categories like Experian and Datalogix that allowed us to target audiences based on spending habits, technology adoption level and more.
In the first 7 months after launch, Simba Sleep achieved an ROI of 152% on their Facebook campaigns and are getting more than 350,000 visitors to their site each month. The company is also utilizing Periscope, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Pinterest Ads Manager, Smartly, Segment Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Now the focus is on raising ROI to 400% through content generation, on-boarding efforts and conversion rate optimization that leverages a loyal customer base while moving into international markets - goals that many companies take years to even approach but will be possible for Simba Sleep in the near future.
To round-out my efforts at Simba Sleep, I manage their business intelligence (BI) using Amazon, The Button Snitch, Snowplow and Looker.
