Getting Your First 100 Paying Customers

I grew Baremetrics (SaaS analytics) to a $380,000 ARR business in a matter of months with no huge marketing budget and only using the profits from the business to grow it.
I launched without a landing page or a blog. I ignored traditional advice about getting your first customers. I didn't collect email addresses...I collected paying customers right out of the gate.
