Josh worked for me on several different assignments at OCLC as a software consultant. Josh worked very well with both the product staff and other software developers, communicating his ideas and solutions in terminology that everyone could understand. He also is a technical sponge. He allocates several hours of his own time every day to learn new technologies, allowing him to quickly understand new skills when needed. Josh will be an outstanding addition on any software development project.

Josh is a great developer, he is very thorough and is great with maintaining standards. He is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly bettering himself through new technologies. He is open minded and easy to work with. All and all Josh is one of the most technically sound and personable developers I have had the privilege of working with.
