Prior to founding WILLWAY GLOBAL, she led global talent & HR teams, executed executive searches and developed HR programs within esteemed organizations such as, Abbott Labs, Takeda, Horizon Pharma and Hewitt for nearly 15 years. She also developed and implemented strategies for blockbuster launches and expansions, with products such as, HUMIRA, ENTYVIO, TRINTELLIEX (previously BRINTELLIX), CONTRAVE, and KRYSTEXXA.
