Agile Project Management

I am the chair of an inter-authority special interest group for Agile Project Management/System Development. Jose has given up his time to contribute to all of our events and deliver presentations/training interventions, to authorities across the West Midlands conurbation and neighbouring counties.

Jose possess a wide range of knowledge and experience with the Agile family of methods. He is an engaging public speaker who draws on his extensive experience and underlying theoretical knowledge to provide informative contributions at our special interest groups.

Jose delivered an overview of agile methodologies course to Sammedia. His knowledge on the subject was excellent and he was able to adapt the two day course to exactly suit our needs. It was interactive, very informative and well delivered and gave us several light bulb moments! We came away with some great ideas on how we might implement some of the things we learnt both in the short and longer term. Jose is a very personable and experienced consultant and trainer who combines expert knowledge with great consultancy skills so that he really understands the needs of the business he is working with. Highly recommended.

I attended the Agile Project Management course delivered by Jose for RadTac W/c 21/01/13.
Jose delivered the course in an exceptional manner, engaging the participants and putting the methodologies into case studies to reinforce theory based learning. With an approachable and personable manner, it facilitated the four days course to be carried out in an enjoyable learning environment.
I'd strongly recommend Jose and Radtac to others for future courses & I will certainly be looking to attend more in the near future.

José is a brilliant Technical Consultant / Manager & Director, I had the pleasure of working with him as a client when he was at P&O and also later as a candidate when he was unfortunately made redundant. In both capacities I have found José to be a great person to work with, easy to get along with and really knows his stuff. Jose is an Optimistic person, he understands the need of each and every individual in his team and motivates everybody to work towards the common goal. He is a good listener as well, even though i worked with him for a short span of time am glad that met a good manager and a nice human, every one likes him. Jose is very much intersted in oragnising BCS events and find excellent speakers!

Jose was my Delivery Manager at P&O and I found him to be a very hard working, driven and motivated professional. Not only does
he strive for excellence, he encourages and motivates those around him to reach their full potential. I have always been impressed by his boundless energy which is reflected by his impressive and growing list of achievements. I have no hesitation in endorsing Jose as he is an excellent role model.

Jose has a very friendly and likeable approach to his methods of management. Over the last two years I have seen him encourage and drive personal development amongst his team and in others through both his role as a delivery manager and his work as a Fellow of the BCS. He has great enthusiasm and this I found inspiring to be around. He is always researching new methods of development and management and he is often keen to talk and debate these ideas.

Jose is a forward thinking person, wanting to achieve and try new ideas out when ever possible giving time where he can and to support others in doing the same. I reported to Jose for the lifetime of my employment at P&O. Jose has a relaxed approach to management. He encourages innovation, self-improvement, professional and personal development within his team. This is apparent in Jose's commitment to the BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT. Jose enjoys challenging his team, something I soon got used to.
