Jorge was an excelent asset to our team, he assisted in every aspect from setting up meetings with customers and vendors; as well as running meetings; writing and distributing meeting minutes.
He determined the resources required, interviewing candidates, vetting vendors, and assigning tasks while creating a plan, executing a plan, and adjusting the plan as necessary.
As project manager he had the means of communicating all the time and in many forms. But also was able to do the thinking and not just doing. Also, asking questions even when the answer may have been obvious since often the answer wasn't what was expected.
His interest included becoming familiar with new technology from internal or external resources; understanding the weaknesses and motivations of a team member; and identified more efficient ways to perform an existing process.
His dedication to complete projects on time, was one of his best qualities.
