I can perhaps claim some unusual experience in evaluating talented individuals in the technology industry. Until I became a management consultant a few years ago, I worked in leadership positions of leading edge technology companies in two continents. In both my professions, one is always to some extent assessing character and intelligence. Of the hundreds of technologists I have worked closely with, Jordan surely ranks in the top 10.
