Have you experienced the trauma of sexual abuse, and wondering how best to work through it? Have you struggled with trying to keep it inside, only to find that it keeps coming up or getting triggered? With years of helping survivors work through their pain, into healing, I am here to help. Though not a substitution for professional therapy, online consulting can be an excellent way to gain insight and advise.

I trust no one, so I scheduled a brief call to see if Jon would be able to help me deal with toxic relationships & the residual pain they have caused. He surpassed my screening with his knowledge and kind demeanor which made it was easy to talk with him. I have scheduled again for an hour.
