Jonny is one of the most talented and respected guys I know in the tech and startup world. I've watched him personal teach and instruct young entrepreneurs on what it takes to be successful in business. If I was building a new team to work on a project to get if off the ground, Jonny would be the first guy I would call to get help or advice. Jonny is super passionate at everything he does and genuinely wants everyone around him to be successful!

Jon has been a driving force in the Kansas City startup ecosystem for some time now. Jon is one of the most supportive coaches I have ever worked with on and off the field. Taking over as head coach he immediately improved the success of KU Women’s Soccer. His ability to quickly connect with the players and set clear standards of expectations enabled us to quickly improve teamwork and personal skill level. Off the field he was always available to help us grow as individuals. His guidance helped me focus on my education and supported me in switching from a student into a young professional.

Jonny is a social hub among Kansas City's entrepreneurship community. When you meet Jonny you'll quickly notice his dynamic interpersonal savvy. I have come to appreciate his keen ability to identify trends, then connect people, visions, and institutions in radical ways to create powerful synergies across industries and networks. Entrepreneurs (myself included) turn to him because he is an altruistic leader who coaches and mentors based on his deep appreciation for time-tested values. Most importantly, Jonny is able to harness all of these unquantifiable skills and consistently deliver the only two quantifiable things that matter at the end of the day: value and money.

Most entrepreneurial landscapes (with a few notable exceptions) are fragmented and siloed. It has been a pleasure working with Jon on a number of initiatives that have helped to reinforce the core infrastructure and interconnectedness of the KC startup ecosystem. Jon has been at the table from the early days and has been a tireless champion for entrepreneurship both internally and outside of the region. With intense tenacity, Jon has taken a wrecking ball to many of the barriers keeping people apart. This approach has allowed Jon to anchor a number of significant developments in an impressively short period of time. Bottom line, Jon is one of the guys actually making it happen.
