I am currently building an innovation capability within The Estee Lauder Companies where I am connecting their business decision-makers to their customers' needs to drive successful innovation. I have also started a service+interior design consultancy called Fosforo Studio. In our first year, we have serviced over 15 clients.
In the past, I worked with MetLife to build an innovation practice, Alliant Credit Union to build their innovation and service design centers of excellence. Prior to that, I was with Fjord as a Service Designer in Chicago where I helped our clients innovate and rethink the way they serve their customers. I also cofounded Service Experience Chicago, a non-profit dedicated to increasing access to service design theory and practice. I hold an MFA in Service Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and have published in Touchpoint, a service design quarterly journal.
