Jonathan Bhagan is an Attorney at Law and President of the of the Christian Youth Foundation of Trinidad and Tobago. Jonathan also Co-founded Operation Global Sex Offenders Registry which seeks to link Sex Offender Registries in the Caribbean with Law Enforcement in the United States.

Jonathan is a graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education Leading Change programme and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society. Jonathan also graduated from Hugh Wooding Law School and the University of the West Indies.
