Integrating User Experience Design Into Agile

John is one of the most talented designers I've worked with. He has that rare ability to listen between the lines of what a user is asking for and solve the core issue. Because of this he always delivers a great user experience along with a beautiful UI. He also has the ability to implement the design with the latest tools and best practices.

Also John is a fun guy to work with and has a collaborative spirit.

John is what I would consider a 'full stack' designer. He can operate as well at the information architecture, the user experience and the user interface level. He constantly strives to simplify experiences to balance the needs of the user vs. the capability of the system under design. His strong opinions are driven by his significant experience but he is always open to learning and growing his skills. His team work is outstanding and he has extreme dedication to building inspiring products. If I were building a product or service and could have only one other person to work with, John would be that person.

John was one of my first hires at InPhonic and was critical to the success we had building out our in-house creative and development teams and dramatically growing our internal capabilities.
