Logistics and supply chain are very very broad terms of a number of actions that happens every day to get things moving from one location to another location where it can bring or add value for various parties at the new, or sometimes end, location. Understanding how food ends up on your dinner plate or how fuel gets into the filling station or how Formula 1 cars get to the next racing circuit or clothes to the next fashion show gives a certain secret satisfaction of knowing how world economies moves and grows or even dies. Fascinating!
My first venture into entrepreneurship started when I was 12 years old running a newspaper delivery service. Various others followed selling and distributing food in distant locations to buying speculating or letting properties. I have started a farming venture some years ago and am expanding this venture up and down the value chain to assure control of bigger portions of the income stream. An entrepreneur's job is never finished. Moving on to the next thing or idea is always just on the horizon.
