Giving Back, Leveraging Your Skills to Impact Your Community
Created 8 years ago in Skills & Management / Entrepreneurship

Most people want to make this world a better place, they just aren't sure how. I believe that we give back in three ways: Talent, Time, Treasure.
I am good at examining a business and developing strategies to create community impact through that business. With the workforce currently being overtaken by Millennials, it is very important to be an organization that is impacting. Millennials have changed the face of business for the better, you must be able to tell a story of impact or you will find it very hard to keep the new work force engaged and happy at your company!
As an example, my Soccer Development Company in Florida and California, (Soccer Shots: which provides skill development training for 2,500+ children per week), also travels internationally sponsoring and donating sustainable soccer academies to underserved children in developing countries (*including Peru, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Kenya and Cameroon).
Let me help you leverage your skill set and passion in order to serve your community and rally your employees.

JoBen has given me various business advice over the years of our friendship, and eventually I have implemented most of the things he has suggested. When I have followed his advice, good things have happened and my biggest regret has been not doing it instantly. JoBen is filled with great insights and has the ability to give great advice for what to do with the "next step" to move your business forward. The feedback may not always be comforting, but it will be for your good.
