Jimmy was an excellent partner in CBS Interactive's effort to build our university relationships at out target schools. Jimmy is extremely well connected and is well respected within the engineering community. I've worked with Jimmy in two separate companies and I hope to work with him again in the future.

Jimmy demonstrated a vigor and passion for his work. He was able to come up to speed quickly and take ownership of the project given to him. Jimmy considered multiple designs and was able to quickly prototype and present his designs to gather feedback from the entire team. His positive attitude and high energy is infectious to his co-workers. He possesses outstanding communication and presentation skills and is able to correctly target his intended audience. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jimmy in the future starting and running his own successful business. I would highly recommend working with or working for Jimmy :)

Jimmy is one of the most enthusiastic engineers I've worked with. He's intent on making sure that the customer has an excellent experience with the software. He has lots of initiative and is willing to take a project and run with it; he likes a challenge. When we worked together on a mobile application for QuickBooks Online, he did some research on his own and developed several features in his own time. In addition, he's a fun person to work with!

Jimmy is an innovative engineer who pushes the limits on new technology and ideas. He is able to take conceptual ideas and turn them into reality such as he did for a mobile application for QBO. He took our application into the mobile arena in a weekend doing it in his own time to show us it could be done. He is a great developer!

I had the great pleasure of working with Jimmy both during a year-long student project and as an intern at Intuit. He never ceases to impress me with his boundless dedication to making a day's work feel easy and enjoyable. I saw up close how hard he worked on organizing corporate tours in Sillicon Valley for Cal Poly interns and others, benefitting many employers and dozens of employees. And it was fun too!

Somehow, he also gets things done and helps the rest of us perform at our best - even within deadlines! I can't wait until I get the opportunity to work with him again.

I worked with Jimmy in the Intuit Customer Connection Rotation Program (CCRP). Through CCRP, Jimmy performed a customer support role for QuickBooks Online, where he experienced deep customer empathy that he was later able to incorporate into his engineering position. Jimmy displayed great teamwork during our time in CCRP and it was a pleasure to work side-by-side with him.

Jimmy is a hard-working engineer who is able to drive a product and to work in new spaces for an organization. At Quickbooks Online, Jimmy was a major factor in the development of the Quickbooks Online iPhone application, both in terms of thinking through the application and in terms of actually developing the application. He's also a great guy to know, and a great guy to work with!

Jimmy is a strong engineer with a keen eye on technology trends. He manages his time well and surprises everyone with the efficient nature of his quality work.

He is a hard worker, and can wear multiple hats.

Jimmy is a dependable mentor and leader. He's a great communicator, breaking down complex concepts into everyday language. There's never been a moment where Jimmy's been stumped; he's an innovative thinker, with creative solutions for any problem thrown at him.
