I have known Jim personally since 2006, when he joined the team at Prioria to help us transition from a young startup to a highly functional organization. Jim made an immediate positive impact to our engineering workflow by implementing agile-based project-management and quality-control processes that allowed us to better execute and track our projects. Jim also implemented all of the financial, sales, and HR business processes and reporting structures that were becoming necessary as the team continued to grow.

In addition to creating and streamlining all of these operations, Jim was also a great teacher, facilitator, and communicator. He increased productivity of the management team by conducting strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions; as well as leading us in team building exercises.
