As a seasoned engineer who has built 3 products from 0 to 1, I will help you to navigate the unique challenges in customer discovery, product strategy, GTM plan and execution. A bit about my experiences:
- built TAOS.AI, recruited 2 full time engineers. onboarded 6 customers and raised pre-seed.
- built email marketing platform in Attentive (pre-IPO). Bootstrapped the eng team to 6 ppl and the business to 20MM emails/day in 6 months.
- built a new compliance product at Bloomberg, 100+ enterprise customers, $1MM revenue with an 8 people team.
