Some of my duties as an agile project manager is to be in touch with the clients at all times to be able to give directions and critique the job done by the workers. I take part in planning for the project, figuring out how much the project is going to cost, and where they will get the materials needed. I assess what kind of work needs to be done, how long the project will take, and what resources they will be needing for the project’s completion. I divide the group into teams, distribute work and explain the project accordingly. As an agile project manager I am the prime decision maker and perform quality control at the same time. I see to it that all tasks are met and in the time frame that was given without having to add to the cost the client has to shell out. I also fix problems that may arise in the process.
