I have successfully built and managed both small and large multidisciplinary teams, including Research and Development, Technology Development and Technical Services departments with very low attrition rates. I have worked globally with various Oil, Technology, Chemical and Service companies.

I have been responsible for strategic product development/marketing and key collaborations with internal and external clients, identifying market opportunities, partnering with third parties and working in collaboration with key clients to develop viable techno-economic solutions to industry problems.
