As co-owner of Free Form Fitness (FFF), Jean-Luc provides a very thorough and professional experience in personal training. FFF is a very warm and welcoming place to come and workout. All the staff recognizes you and greets you by name, giving a homey feel to the place. Together with the other trainers at FFF, Jean-Luc and his carefully chosen staff, continue to work at continuing to expand their knowledge to ensure they have are all up to date on all the latest health and fitness techniques and research. Jean-Luc and his team not only provide a carefully prepared meal plan to help keep you on track with your fitness goals, but they explain WHY this meal plan works and the reasoning behind its development.
