I help clients address strategic challenges and opportunities to improve performance and become future-ready. These can be strategic or focused on one or more key areas (e.g., cross-functional collaboration, decision making, initiative management, etc.). I help make solving these challenges less difficult, accelerate the time to results, and increase their odds of success. Whether they are struggling and wanting to get on track, doing well and wanting to do better or growing fast and wanting to scale up while avoiding pitfalls, organizations/leaders do or will recognize that maintaining the status quo is risky in today’s environment. They have a choice, risk obsolescence or think and act differently. I help them do that. HOW DO I HELP? I work alongside clients to identify and address challenges and develop solutions at the intersection of strategy, organization, and operations to help clients become whom they want to be and get to where they want to go. Successfully implemented, solutions here become the engine for sustained improvement and future success. I provide clients services in three areas – education, consulting, and implementation support. While I’ve advised large global companies, my sweet spot is the middle market, service-oriented businesses and in key functions like Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy.
